We conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that includes an in-depth assessment of perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms to develop a personalized, integrative treatment plan.

During this visit, we assess mood, anxiety, sleep, energy, cognition, libido, vasomotor symptoms, and overall hormonal health. We will review which labs we need to order. We will review treatment options that may include psychiatric medications, menopausal hormone therapy MHT (formerly known as hormonal replacement therapy or HRT), supplements, and lifestyle strategies, and we create a plan that supports both mental well-being and hormonal balance.
Ongoing Integrative Psychiatric Care
We offer ongoing integrative psychiatric care through follow-up visits that support women navigating emotional, cognitive, and hormonal changes during midlife with continuity and individualized attention.

We monitor your progress over time, adjust psychiatric medications as needed, address mood and anxiety symptoms, and continue evaluating hormonal changes. Care also includes guidance on sleep, stress, cognitive concerns, mood changes, and overall quality of life, with a focus on whole-person wellness.
Hormone Replacement Therapy
We provide evaluation and ongoing management of menopausal hormonal therapy (MHT), thoughtfully integrated into psychiatric care for eligible patients experiencing midlife hormonal transitions.

This care includes determining whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you, prescribing estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone when indicated, and reviewing risks, benefits, and formulation options.
Collaboration with your Whole Care Team
We communicate and collaborate with your entire care team, including your OB/GYN, primary care provider, therapist, and any other providers involved in your care, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive support.
