Please cancel follow-up appointments via call or text, or email at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled time, e.g. a Thursday 3 pm appointment must be cancelled by Wednesday 3 pm.

For initial appointments, we require a $100 deposit to hold the appointment.

Dr. Simone does not accept insurance at this time and is considered an out-of-network provider.
Dr. Simone partners with Reimbursify to check benefits & help you obtain reimbursement. Or we can provide you with an invoice/superbill to submit to your insurance.
Reimbursement can range from 0-100%, so please check with your insurance by providing the following codes: 99205 + 90834 for the initial evaluation and 99214 + 90833 for follow-ups or check at the Reimbursify link provided below.

No. All visits are by appointment only to ensure adequate time and personalized care for each patient.

Olea Women’s Health does not provide emergency or after-hours crisis coverage. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Dr. Simone is offering telehealth appointments only at this time.

We do not perform vaginal exams or vaginal procedures, including IUD insertion. Our care focuses on psychiatric and hormone-informed treatment.

Yes. Dr. Simone is happy to coordinate care with your OB-GYN or primary care provider when appropriate to support comprehensive treatment.

Dr. Simone partners with Reimbursify to help patients check insurance benefits + obtain reimbursement.

Appointment frequency is determined on a case-by-case basis. You might meet weekly, biweekly, monthly, every other month, every 3 months, or even every 6 months.
Patients being regularly prescribed controlled substances, like stimulants, are required to meet with Dr. Simone every 3 months at minimum. -

Please note that patients prescribed controlled substances must meet with Dr. Simone at least every 3 months in order to continue refills.

Appointments are available Monday to Thursday.
She is not in-office Fridays but will try to respond to messages before the weekend.
Messages and voicemails are not monitored after hours and during the weekend.
