WELCOME TO OLEA WOMEN’S HEALTH
I’m Dr. Agnes K. Simone
Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Founder of Olea Women’s Health
I created Olea Women’s Health after seeing how often women in midlife struggled with emotional and physical changes without clear answers or support.
My values are rooted in compassion, careful listening, and clinical excellence, and I believe women deserve care that truly takes their experiences seriously.
At Olea Women’s Health, we provide a supportive space where women feel heard, respected, and cared for through thoughtful, evidence-based care that helps them feel more like themselves again.

The Story behind Olea Women’s Health
I became a psychiatrist because I was drawn to the human stories behind symptoms and wanted to understand my patients’ inner worlds, including their experiences, emotions, and relationships. During my psychiatry training, I rediscovered why I went into medicine and felt deeply connected to the work, the trust it requires, and the opportunity to support people through meaningful change.
I started Olea Women’s Health after seeing how often women in my psychiatry practice struggled with perimenopausal symptoms without clear answers or support. Many experienced new anxiety, mood changes, or cognitive concerns, while the connection to hormonal shifts was frequently missed. I wanted to offer evidence-based care that supports both the psychiatric and hormonal changes of midlife.
My values are rooted in compassion, listening, and clinical excellence. I believe women deserve care that recognizes the complexity of perimenopause and takes its impact on mental health and daily life seriously. Olea Women’s Health was created to give women a place where they feel heard, respected, and supported.
I am most passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Whether that means reducing stress, improving sleep, stabilizing mood, or helping someone feel more like themselves again, supporting meaningful change is what motivates me every day.
