  • To get started, please complete our intake form and our office will contact you within one business day. You may also call or text us at 424-401-5368.

  • Please cancel follow-up appointments via call or text at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled time, e.g. a Monday 3PM appointment must be cancelled by Friday 3PM.

    A full fee will be charged for late cancels & no shows. Thank you for understanding.

    For initial appointments, we require a $100 deposit to hold the appointment.

    For patients with other insurance, Dr. Simone partners with Reimbursify to check benefits + help you obtain reimbursement. Or we can provide you with an invoice/superbill to submit to your insurance.

    Reimbursement can range from 0-100%, so please check with your insurance by providing the following codes: 99205 + 90834 for the initial evaluation and 99214 + 90833 for follow-ups or check at the Reimbursify link provided above.

  • No. All visits are by appointment only to ensure adequate time and personalized care for each patient.

  • Olea Women’s Health does not provide emergency or after-hours crisis coverage. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • In-person appointments are available in Hermosa Beach, but most appointments will be online.

  • We do not perform vaginal exams or vaginal procedures, including IUD insertion. Our care focuses on psychiatric and hormone-informed treatment.

  • Yes. Dr. Simone is happy to coordinate care with your OB-GYN or primary care provider when appropriate to support comprehensive treatment.

  • Please contact us Monday-Thursday. We prefer the HIPAA-compliant app Spruce for communication. If you don't have the app, you can call or text us at 424-401-5368.


    Please note that patients prescribed controlled substances must meet with Dr. Simone at least every 3 months in order to continue refills.

  • Dr. Simone is available for appointments Monday-Thursday. She is not in-office Fridays but will try to respond to messages before the weekend.


    Messages and voicemails are not monitored after hours and during the weekend.

  • From high school students to retired execs, Dr. Simone treats a wide range of patients. Examples include tech professionals, physicians, health care providers, stay-at-home parents, new parents, attorneys, engineers, entertainment industry professionals, creatives, and students (high school, college, graduate level).

  • Yes. High school aged and above. Dr. Simone currently has limited openings for adolescents. Please contact us to learn more.

    Dr. Simone partners with Reimbursify to help patients check insurance benefits + obtain reimbursement.

  • Please message us, and we will send your superbill to your patient portal.

  • Appointment frequency is determined on a case-by-case basis. You might meet weekly, biweekly, monthly, every other month, every 3 months, or even every 6 months.


    Patients being regularly prescribed controlled substances, like stimulants, are required to meet with Dr. Simone every 3 months at minimum.
